• For what it's worth: it was a dude in the car. the car belonged to somebody he knew. the pants were given to him the night prior. the guy driving got arrested for DUI and driving on the beach. for whatever reason the cop didn't see pants-guy passed out in the back. he took off when they came to tow the car.
