The question here is if the sender is a guy. If it is a guy then this makes sense. If it is a girl then its still okay and suggests that she doesn't like hairy guys. To each his own.
If you prefer girls to be shaved and guys to be not shaved thats fine but making an argument that guys shouldn't shave because its natural to have hair is retarded. Women naturally have hair too, and its not like they were shaving their legs or armpits back in the middle ages or 1800's either.
Also, some girls do like fine without shaving they're legs, some have very light colored fine hairs that you can't see until your super close or touching them.

just do what you want, who cares? if you want to be androgynous i'm sure you can find someone who enjoys that, and if you want to shave your legs, i'm sure you can find someone who wants to touch them.
Could be a girl, talking to a female friend who doesn't shave... I said something similar when one of my socially backwards friends wanted to start dating :/ Her legs were nasty.
And 10:30- why would you NOT want to shave your legs? I mean, guys look good with hairy legs. Girls don't. Period.
10.30 obviously didn't grow up in the 80's when people took pride in their appearance. Females dressed like females, males dressed like males and even through the New Romantic phase, you could still tell what gender someone was.
Women-shave your legs...Men...STOP SHAVING YOUR LEGS (and everywhere else for that matter)
