You can definitely refer to yourself in the third person. However, you can't structure a sentence the way that guy did. It's a sentence fragment. It should have started out, "And then you fell." He also could have ended it with a period instead of a question mark; but that would change the meaning of the sentence.
If your text messages are all grammatically sound you're wasting time that could be spent sending more messages. I'm about to go find out via text if I get to ride a bicycle, most likely using fragmented sentences
Speaking of oneself in the third person is for self obsessed wannabes. As is correcting grammar on a website focused on text messages and teenagers. lol, lmfao, etc.
'Concussing' is an awesome word, but it sounds like the OP is the concussed subject, hence 'yourself' and 'your' are inappropriate. 'My' and 'myself' would have probably been more appropriate. Or if ambiguity was the purpose, 'one' and 'oneself' would have worked.
