    • It's a reference to Anthony Weiner, a U.S. Representative from NYC who allegedly sent unsolicited dick pics. Anthony Weiner was and still is married. He was forced to resign his seat in Congress after the scandal broke. A second scandal emerged recently during his campaign for Mayor of NYC, alleging that the sexting behavior continued in the interim.
