    Umm... I hate to burst your bubble, but that would be rural. Oregon's population is 3.5 million slightly less than 3 million people live in the Portland/Salem metro area. \n\nIt would more likely be a redneck than a hipster.

    Unless your from the area you probably shouldn't comment.Rural implies large expanses of uninhabited land. Our numbers may be low but that does not make us "rural." The mountains and westward in Oregon is definitely not "rural" and not filled with rednecks as you have asininely assumed. The majority of rednecks live in Eastern Oregon where the land is more "rural,"...for cattle. Get it?
