• my interpretation: the OP has been camping or living in the wilderness and has not had a sexual partner in a long while. So, the story goes on to state that the OP is desperate for some intercourse (What kind of intercourse, we do not know). Then, the OP declares its lack of care of whether the desired sexual partner has had a recent sex change. So, in conclusion alcohol makes anything o.k.
