Check your facts. You can definitely get HIV from oral, even without the presence of open sores, altho it is much more rare than transmission during intercourse. If semen/vaginal fluid/etc infected with HIV enters the oral cavity, cells lining a persons mouth (quite thin) may allow HIV to enter the body.
