true. lower price bills are dirtier because there are more in circulation, more people have them. ie more dirty people had them before you did. there are less higher price bills in circulation so they are cleaner.
i work with money. you know what the number one thing found on money is? trace amounts of cocaine. you know what the number 2 thing found on money is? trace amounts of feces. gross but true.
If I were snorting coke, I don't think I'd really care if it were a crisp 20 or an old 1. The cocaine is probably going to be a greater detriment to your health than what is on a typical bill. Such high standards.
The last thousand $ bill was made in '69, I imagine there are a few left, but they may not be any cleaner than a twenty. A $1.00 bill has an average livespan of 6 months and may in fact be cleaner than a 20 that has been around longer. Next time use a check, you know where that's been.
My guess is they tried to write resorted but since I and o are so close together, as well as s and r, it was either a typo or an autocorrect. Resorted still doesn't sound quite right but it's better than resisted.
