• That's so funny, I read this and thought "wow, sounds like a legit Penn State text." and voilà! It is :) reup that bail fund, friends. SCPD are DICKS. You'll go to jail over a parking ticket, cause they have nothing better to do around here than issue tickets and harass students for having a good time :(
